Location
We are located on the Southwest corner of Colorado Boulevard and Marengo Avenue in Old Pasadena, across the street from Loehmann's and the Paseo Colorado Mall. The building is marked Dilbeck Estates and used to be known as the Citizens Business Bank building. We are on the seventh floor.
Parking
As street parking is scarce and metered, we suggest that you use mall parking. The entrances that will allow you to park the closest to our office are on Colorado Boulevard, Marengo Avenue and Arroyo Parkway.
Directions
From Los Angeles taking the 110 North:
Take the 110 North to the end. After the freeway turns into Arroyo Parkway, go though the lights at Fillmore, California, Del Mar, Cordova and Green. Right after passing Green Street, there is an entrance for a five story parking structure marked with a "Paseo Colorado" sign. Enter the parking structure and park on level 3. Exit the structure on foot and walk across the street.
From the 210 West:
Take the 210 West to the Fair Oaks/Marengo Avenue exit. Make a left at the first light onto Marengo Avenue. You will cross over the 210 freeway and go through the lights at Holly, Union and Colorado. After passing Colorado Boulevard and a parking lot on your right, enter the five story parking structure marked with a "Paseo Colorado" sign. Park on the level 3. Exit the structure on foot and walk across the street.
From the 210 East:
When you get near Pasadena, stay in the left lanes of the freeway and take the Colorado Boulevard exit. Make a right at the stop sign at the top of the ramp. Make a left at the fourth light onto Green Street. After passing through Old Pasadena, make a left onto Arroyo Parkway. On the right, there is an entrance for a five story parking structure marked with a "Paseo Colorado" sign. Enter the parking structure and park on level 3. Exit the structure on foot and walk across the street.
From the 134 East:
Take the Fair Oaks/Marengo Avenue exit. Take the Fair Oaks/Marengo Avenue exit. Go straight though the first light which is Fair Oaks. Make a right at the second light onto Marengo Avenue. Go straight though the lights at Holly, Union and Colorado. After passing Colorado Boulevard and a parking lot on your right, enter the five story parking structure marked with a "Paseo Colorado" sign. Park on level 3. Exit the structure on foot and walk across the street.
